ICT Technical Support
Curriculum ICT support operates on a needs basis which means that we visit schools at your request. This style may not be best for everyone as some schools may prefer scheduled visits over a certain time period, but we believe that ‘if it’s not broken, why fix it?’ This method also ensures that we will come to your school ASAP. It’s worth noting that on-site visits under 15 minutes are completely free of charge and many problems can be fixed quickly if they are reported straight away. The aim of the service provided under the SLA is for us to work in partnership with the school to make sure that the school’s ICT infrastructure is running smoothly and stays that way. We do not attempt to make any profit from the services we provide. The school is only charged for time on site and advice and recommendations are 100% free for contracted schools.
